INFORMATION ON THE PRIVACY LAW
We would like to inform you that the legislative decree 196 of June 2003 forsees the protection of people and other regarding the treatment of personal data.
According to this decree the treatment will be characterized by principles of correctness, lawfulness and transparency so as to defend the privacy and rights of our consumers.
According to article 13 of the legislative decree 196/2003 we hearby inform our consumers: the data that we receive will be used solely in relation to the services offered on this website (buying on-line, access to confidential lists, access to product catalogues). If the consumer wishes by clicking on a box the data can then be used to send and receive commercial e-mail messages.
The treatment will be carried out either manually or by computer according to the law in force.
If consent is not given it will be possible to provide the service available. In any case the consumer can choose whether or not to receive information, commercial or otherwise by e-mail, by clicking on the box on the registry form.
This decision can always be modified at a later date (after the first registration has been made) in the special section of the site that is reserved for consumers.
The data will be sent exclusively to those who need to fill out a reservation. The data will not be sent to any third party.
The legal representative of "Arnetoli Motor" is responsible for the collection and treatment of personal data.

Art 7 Legislative Decree n. 196/2003
1. The data subject has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data regarding him or her, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in intelligible.
2. The data subject has the right to obtain indication:
a) of the origin of the personal data;
b) of the ends and methods of its processing;
c) of the logics applied in the event of processing being carried out with the aid of electronic equipment;
d) of the identification details of the controller, of those responsible and the appointed representative as per Art. 5 paragraph 2;
e) of the organizations or categories of organizations to whom personal data can be communicated or who get to know them in their capacity of designated representative in any area of the country, officers or appointees.
3. The data subject has the right to obtain:
a) the updating, correction or, should he or she be interested, the integration of the data;
b) the cancellation, transformation, in anonymous form or the blockage of any data processed unlawfully, including those whose storage is not necessary in relation to the aims for which the data were collected or later processed;
c) of the logics applied in the event of processing being carried out with the aid of electronic equipment;
d) of the identification details of the controller, of those responsible and the appointed representative as the Art. 5 paragraph 2;
e) of the organizations or categories of organizations to whom personal data can be communicated or who get to know them in their capacity of designated representative in any area of the country, officers or appointees.
4. The data subject has the right to completely or partially oppose:
a) for legitimate reasons, the processing of personal data regarding him/her, even if relevant to the aims of their collection;
b) the processing of personal data regarding him/her for the purpose of sending publicity material, direct sales or for carrying out market research or commercial communications.
